Dear clients - a warning to those of you who do your own domain name renewals. I have received a renewal notification from an Australian company, Domain Renewal Group who, although they say they are doing you a favour by sending out a reminder, this reminder is presented in the form of an account. This is not the first time our neighbours from across the ditch have tried that ploy here!

I am not suggesting that their activity is illegal but it certainly does not give an honest impression of what is going on. So please, be warned. If you are happy with the service you are receiving from your New Zealand supplier, don't respond to this communication. If you are in any doubt, please don't hesitate to contact me.
